$1,500 flat to build the site. That's it. Hosting is optional — $50/month if you want us watching the site, patching it, and fixing things when they break. Like insurance. Skip it and you self-host. Your call.
We'll save you the Googling. Here's what's out there in 2026, with honest math.
Three years in, you've paid us $3,300 with full coverage — or just $1,500 if you self-host. The others charge $9,000+ either way.
These are real services. They just aren't what we do. If you need any of them, we'll point you to someone good. We'd rather refer you out than sell you something we can't deliver well.
You don't have to take it. The site works fine without us. But like any insurance, you pay a little every month so you don't pay a lot when something goes wrong. If you'd rather self-host, we'll hand you the code and walk you through the move.
Because you're a tradesman. You bid jobs at a fixed price. We do the same.
Subscription pricing exists so agencies can collect $0 upfront and lock you into a 12-month contract. We collect a flat fee, hand you a real site, and let you decide month-to-month whether to keep us hosting it.
No. It's optional. Think of it like insurance — you pay a small amount every month so you don't pay a lot when something goes sideways (domain expires, SSL breaks, site goes down, something needs patching).
Skip it and you host the site yourself on Vercel, Netlify, or wherever you want. We'll hand you the code and walk you through the move. The site is yours either way.
Corrections and edits start at $100 each, quoted before we start. New pages or larger design changes run $75–$150+ per piece depending on scope.
Before launch, every project includes two rounds of revisions. Most clients don't need both. Scope changes get quoted in writing before we touch anything.
Yes. The code, the content, the domain — yours. Most agencies hold your site hostage on their platform so you can't leave. We don't.
First concepts in 2–3 business days. Full site live in 2–3 weeks, depending on how fast you get us photos and answers.
We don't do them. Those are real specializations and we won't pretend otherwise. If you need them, we'll point you to someone who actually delivers — not a generalist agency selling everything.
